OperatingLane collects account information such as your name and email, workspace data you submit or create (including workflows, tasks, forms, approvals and team information), and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to provide authentication, workflow functionality, customer support, transactional communications, billing administration, security, abuse prevention, and service reliability and improvement.

Payments are processed through Stripe. When a transaction uses Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the merchant of record and processes payment details and related transaction information. OperatingLane receives billing identifiers, subscription status and transaction details needed to manage access, but does not store complete payment-card details.

We rely on service providers to run the product, including infrastructure, authentication, database, email and payment providers. They may process information only as needed to provide those services under their own contractual and legal obligations.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide OperatingLane, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@operatinglane.com; some records may need to be retained where required or legitimately necessary.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support@operatinglane.com promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.
